Graduate Planning and Policy Committee (GPPC)GPPC SCOPE OF AUTHORITY
*Program directors approve topics courses. Topics courses may be offered no more than twice before requiring review and approval by the program or school curriculum committee. **Subject to review by the Graduate Planning and Policy Committee. ***(Distributes Minutes) The chair distributes minutes requesting that questions or concerns be communicated to the chair within seven days of the distribution date. If ten or more persons formally express concerns about the course/program/proposal, it will be subject to further review. Minutes will go to the following people: Graduate School/Program faculties; Deans and Directors; registrar service providers in schools and programs; Vice President of Academic Affairs; members of the Graduate Programs and Policies Committee. ****Must conform to the required university format and standards for certificates. · GPPC "Review Agenda Items". Discussed by members if they wish, or if at least ten or more persons request, as listed in "***" above. Rev.
