Academic PrioritiesThe Academic Priorities Committee was established by Dr. Susan Alexander, Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs in October, 2002. The committee's charge is to develop a systematic process for setting academic priorities. Decisions on fostering programs and reallocating resources should be grounded in academic affairs, especially in the faculty who have much to contribute to these decisions. The goal is to make decisions that are consistent, strategic and visionary.
